We can only accept change of mind within 30 days after the item was delivered. Please contact us via our Contact Us page  and send photos or videos of the condition of the product received. Please explain as well why you like to return the product.

For Change of Mind, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation that it is in good condition, we will process your partial refund of the total order amount minus the initial postage and a restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount.
